Job Description:
Supervise daily garment production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
Monitor line performance, productivity, and quality standards.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and production schedules.
Assist in manpower allocation and workflow management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.

Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma/Degree in Textile, Apparel, Fashion Technology, or any relevant discipline.
0–2 years of experience in garment manufacturing/production.
Freshers with relevant educational background may also be considered.
Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of garment production processes and quality requirements.
