Tecfuge Business Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced and professional Odoo Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Odoo ERP implementation and project management.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, solid functional knowledge of Odoo, excellent leadership abilities, and the capability to manage projects from requirement gathering to successful implementation.





Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects.
Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into appropriate Odoo solutions.
Understand and document existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with Odoo developers, functional consultants, business analysts, and other project teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, project reviews, system demonstrations, and UAT sessions.
Coordinate Odoo configuration, customization, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
Identify project risks and operational challenges and implement appropriate solutions.
