Role Description The production planner will develop and assist in maintaining production schedules to support timely manufacturing of castor wheels and vibration control products. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with operations and procurement teams, monitoring material availability, updating planning documents, and identifying potential bottlenecks in production workflows. The production planner will help analyze capacity, lead times, and order priorities to improve efficiency and on-time delivery. The role involves preparing basic reports,



supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and communicating plan changes to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and the creation and maintenance of Production Schedules.
Candidates should possess solid Planning and Analytical Skills to optimize workflows, resources, and timelines.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and share updates clearly.
Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial processes, especially in mechanical or industrial products, is beneficial.
Comfort working with spreadsheets or basic planning software; experience with ERP or production management tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
