Role Description The Key Account Manager - Sales is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, responsible for managing and growing strategic client accounts. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their content needs,



and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving revenue growth from assigned accounts. The Key Account Manager will also handle sales pipeline activities such as lead nurturing, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing regular performance and status updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.
