Position Overview: Virtana is seeking a technical writer who is passionate about creating and delivering customer-centered technical content. We’re looking for a collaborative, creative team member who understands how to write clear, concise, and relevant content.

Job Type: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, edit, and deliver accurate and effective documentation for Virtana products.
Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, QA, Support, and members of the Information Development team to ensure quality and accuracy of content.
Follow our documentation guidelines to produce high quality documentation.
Prioritize projects when working with multiple engineering teams.




Analyze customer feedback before and after delivering documentation to enhance content depth, quality, and relevance.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience writing documentation for Cloud or Enterprise products.
Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Technical Writing is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience writing release notes and creating videos.
Experience with XML, DITA.
Familiarity working with Jira and Confluence.
Good collaboration skills with the writers and cross-functional teams.
