Role Description The Team Lead Sales role at Brickslane is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Team Lead will oversee a sales team, set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings,



property presentations, negotiations, and closure of deals. The Team Lead will collaborate closely with customer service, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless home-buying experience, while maintaining accurate sales reports and market insights. Day-to-day responsibilities also include developing sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, resolving escalations, and driving continuous improvement in sales processes.
