Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads through online research, outbound calls, referrals, events, and partnerships. The specialist will maintain and update lead databases, schedule and coordinate follow-up interactions,



and pass qualified prospects to the sales team with clear, concise handover notes. Day-to-day activities include engaging potential customers, explaining JD Homes’ farmland offerings, tracking lead performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing and sales to optimize lead-generation campaigns. The role also involves providing regular reporting on lead pipeline status and suggesting improvements to outreach strategies.
Qualifications
Ability to generate and manage new leads, with strong skills in lead generation and pipeline building.
Excellent communication skills for engaging prospects, explaining offerings clearly, and coordinating with internal teams.
Sales-oriented mindset with experience in converting qualified leads into opportunities and supporting closing activities.
Research skills to identify target customer segments, gather market information, and refine lead lists.
