About the Role




The Head Cook and Cook will manage and deliver protected, timely, and consistent kitchen operations for workplace food service in Noida. The Head Cook will guide subordinate staff, while the Cook will execute preparation and service activities within the same standards. The role covers food quality, quantity, cost, hygiene, safety, staffing, ordering, shift handovers, mise en place, and customer coordination. It ensures food is tasted and approved before reaching the counter, dispatch happens only against a KOT, shortages and waste are controlled, and special-event services are delivered on time. Success means meeting approved SLAs, maintaining kitchen discipline and documentation, and resolving operational or customer issues quickly.
