About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, creator partnerships, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Identify and research relevant influencers/creators based on brand requirements, audience, category, and campaign objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
Coordinate with influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle, from brief sharing to content delivery and publishing.
Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms with influencers.
Prepare influencer shortlists and campaign proposals based on client requirements.
Track campaign performance and prepare reports covering reach, engagement, views, clicks, and other relevant KPIs.




Ensure influencer content is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Coordinate with internal creative, account management, and performance marketing teams.
Monitor social media and influencer trends to identify new creators and opportunities.
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Good understanding of influencer metrics such as reach, engagement rate, views, impressions, and conversions.
Solid research and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Good presentation and client-management skills.
Knowledge of influencer marketing tools/platforms will be an added advantage.
