Role Overview
Nativ Farms is seeking an entrepreneurial and execution-oriented Business Head to lead and scale the business. The incumbent will have end-to-end responsibility for the business, including strategy, sales, profitability, product portfolio, e-commerce, experience-store operations, marketing, supply chain and customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the food, FMCG, packaged-food, D2C or retail sector and demonstrate a solid ability to build brands, grow multiple sales channels and manage a business profitably.

Key Responsibilities




• Develop and execute the overall business strategy and growth plan for Nativ Farms.
• Assume complete responsibility for the business P&L;, including revenue growth, margins, operating costs and profitability.
• Drive sales through the company’s website, online marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms and other digital channels.
• Establish, manage and grow select experience stores, ensuring strong sales productivity and a consistent brand experience.
• Develop an effective omnichannel strategy integrating online sales, physical stores and institutional or corporate opportunities.
• Identify consumer trends and develop an attractive product portfolio across ready-to-eat foods, sauces, farsan, snacks and related categories.
• Evaluate and introduce new products based on customer needs, market potential, margins and brand fit.
