About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who understands that great client relationships go beyond managing briefs and timelines. You should be someone who understands brands, enjoys conversations around business and communication, and knows how to turn client challenges into meaningful opportunities for the agency.
As part of our growing Mumbai team, you will work closely with clients as well as our Creative, Strategy, Digital and other specialist teams to deliver impactful work. The role calls for someone who is confident, well-connected within the industry and capable of taking ownership of accounts from end to end.

What You Will Do

Take ownership of key client relationships and become a trusted partner to the brands you work with.
Understand the client's business, category, audience and objectives, and translate them into clear and inspiring briefs for the agency teams.
Lead projects from briefing to execution, ensuring quality, timelines and client expectations are managed effectively.
Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Digital,



Social Media and Production teams to bring campaigns and communication ideas to life.
Participate actively in client meetings, presentations, reviews and strategic discussions.
Bring a strong understanding of advertising, branding, culture and market trends into everyday client conversations.
Look beyond the immediate brief to understand what the client may need next and identify opportunities to add greater value.
Build strong skilled relationships across client organisations and the wider marketing ecosystem.
Contribute to pitches, proposals and new business conversations, working closely with the leadership and creative teams.
Stay closely connected with the Mumbai advertising and marketing community and build meaningful professional relationships.
Work with senior leadership to strengthen the agency's relationships and presence in the Mumbai market.
