Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Tech Lead with 10–15 years of experience in SAP ABAP, S/4HANA, and SAP BTP technologies. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), S/4HANA development, technical architecture, and team leadership. The candidate will lead ABAP development activities, mentor developers, drive technical design decisions, and support implementation, migration, rollout, and integration projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP ABAP technical design, development, code review, and delivery across S/4HANA projects.
Drive end-to-end ABAP development using RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model).
Design scalable and reusable technical solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
Lead technical discussions with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and integration teams.
Mentor and guide ABAP developers and ensure coding standards, quality,



and performance optimization.
Participate in greenfield implementations, brownfield conversions, rollout projects, and production support.
Review technical specifications, conduct effort estimations, and support release management.
