We already have order in hand to deliver for this financial year in the tune of INR 120 CR.
nRole Summary:
nRefroid Technologies is looking for a Lead / Manager – Mechanical Design to lead the mechanical design team and drive the design and development of advanced cooling and thermal management products. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in SolidWorks, Creo, GD&T;,



tolerance stack-up and mechanical product development, along with proven experience in leading design engineers.
nThe candidate will be responsible for taking products from concept development through detailed design, prototyping, validation and production, while ensuring design quality, manufacturability and engineering standards.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of Mechanical Design Engineers and manage day-to-day design activities.n
- Drive mechanical design and development of cooling systems, thermal management products, CDU systems, heat exchangers, enclosures, sheet-metal and fabricated components.n
- Develop and review 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, assemblies and BOMs using SolidWorks and Creo.n
- Establish and review GD&T;, dimensional tolerances, fits, clearances and tolerance stack-up analysis.n
