nRole Overview
nThe Endpoint Security Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all endpoints across the organization are protected through robust, well-defined security controls. The role involves designing and maintaining endpoint security baselines, ensuring policy compliance, and managing the tools and processes that keep endpoints secure against evolving threats.
nKey Responsibilities

- Define and establish security baselines for each type of endpoint across the organization.n
- Ensure all endpoints comply with the Group's security policies through regular monitoring and enforcement.n
- Conduct periodic random security assessments to validate endpoint compliance and identify gaps.n
- Manage, monitor, and ensure the consistent and effective operation of endpoint security solutions, including:n
- Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)n
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)n
- User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA)n
- Secure Web Gateway (SWG)n
- Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)n
- Manage policy exception requests, including evaluation, approval workflow, and ongoing tracking of exceptions granted to individual endpoints.n
- Prepare and present monthly dashboards and reports for management, summarizing endpoint security posture, compliance status, and key risk indicators.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities or non-compliance issues.n
- Stay current on emerging endpoint threats and recommend improvements to existing controls and tools.n
nTravel Requirement
nOccasional travel to the Noida (Film City) office and Bennett University (BU), Greater Noida, will be required. Travel and accommodation will be arranged by The Times Group, with local conveyance reimbursed at actuals.
