Role Overview
This role owns Meteonic's for client delivery engagements. It covers integration development, CAB/UAT support, module configuration across the DPDPA suite (CGP, Cookie Manager, DPIA, Breach Management, Data Compass), client training, and L1/L2 run support for the duration of the contract.
DPDPA Consultant remains the product owner and retains responsibility for platform enablement, access provisioning, and product documentation. This position sits on Meteonic's payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Integration & Deployment
• Build and maintain custom APIs/adaptors for client integrations.
• Handle mTLS, KSI rotation, and custom encryption requirements beyond IDfy's BYOK offering.
• Own integration planning and PMO coordination across the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage adaptor whitelisting with client and product teams.
• Drive client IT/Infra/Cloud/Security/DC calls to plan and execute deployments.
Testing, UAT & CAB
• Execute integration testing for partner-built adaptors.
• Support UAT and CAB approval cycles end to end.




• Run API walkthroughs and technical/functional walkthroughs for client stakeholders.
Run & Support
• Provide L1/L2 support, in office and remote, for the full contract duration.
• Troubleshoot integration and platform issues, escalating to IDfy where required.
• Deploy manpower flexibly in line with client demand.
Module Configuration
• CGP — branding, consent notices, processor tagging, custom consent forms.
• Cookie Manager — domain scans, templates, script-tag integration.
• DPIA — templates, risk master, assessments, and team setup.
• Breach Management — templates, SOC/SIEM integration.
• Data Compass — data classification, endpoint scans, data-plane deployment.
Training & Enablement
• Train client teams on consent API integration, cookie category management, and running DPIAs.
• Deliver adoption workshops to drive product usage post go-live.
Documentation & Governance
• Own the PM plan, status reports, and uptime reports for each engagemen
