Role Description The Academic Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves advising prospective students on suitable study abroad destinations, universities,



and programs aligned with their academic profile and career goals. The Academic Consultant will conduct counseling sessions, explain admission and visa processes, support documentation and application preparation, and coordinate with internal teams for finance, visa, and post-arrival assistance. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining student records, following up on application status, and delivering clear guidance on timelines and requirements. The role also includes building strong relationships with students and families, contributing to outreach activities, and meeting enrollment and service quality targets.
