Role Description : The Manager – Operations (D2D) is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day parking operations across assigned locations. This role involves supervising on-ground staff, monitoring service quality, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.



The manager will coordinate with franchise partners, space owners, and internal teams to optimize space utilization, resolve operational issues, and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include tracking operational metrics, managing incident resolution, supporting new site rollouts, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. The role also requires preparing regular reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving continuous operational excellence in line with Parké’s service standards.
Qualifications

Operations management and process improvement skills, with experience overseeing daily field activities and on-ground teams.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities to work effectively with franchise partners, space owners, and internal departments.
