nAbout the Role
nWe're bringing on 2-3 exceptional product + GTM builders to lead 0-to-1 on new initiatives we're incubating. This is for people who think like founders — whether you want to build your own company one day and are looking for the fastest possible learning curve, or you've already founded something and want to do it again without the fundraising grind.
nYou'll own an initiative end-to-end — product and GTM (PLG or broader) — with startup speed and ambiguity, backed by an established company's resources and distribution.

- Own a 0-to-1 initiative from problem definition through launch and early scalen
- Drive both product and go-to-market — decide what to build, ship fast, and figure out how it reaches customersn
- Talk to customers constantly — you're the PM, growth lead,



and often first salespersonn
- Make fast, high-conviction calls with incomplete informationn
- Build the initial playbook — process, metrics, team — for what becomes a scaled functionn
