We are looking for a performance-driven Campaign Delivery Manager to manage the end-to-end execution, optimisation and delivery of digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing or AdTech campaign operations and should be comfortable working with clients, publishers, internal teams and campaign data.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage digital advertising campaigns from setup and launch through optimisation, delivery and closure.
Ensure campaigns meet agreed targets for volume, revenue, conversions, quality, timelines and profitability.
Coordinate with sales, account management, publisher, creative, technology and finance teams.
Monitor campaign performance across metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, CVR, CPA, CPL, CPI, ROAS and revenue.
Identify delivery gaps and implement corrective actions promptly.
Optimise campaigns based on publisher, placement, geography, device, audience and creative performance.
Manage campaign pacing, budgets, caps, targeting rules and tracking configurations.
Validate tracking links, pixels, postbacks, macros and attribution parameters before campaign launch.
