We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Legal Associate to join our growing team and own legal support across the organization — from contracts to compliance.

What you'll do:
Draft, review, and manage MOUs, contracts, and agreements end-to-end.
Lead contract negotiations and flag legal risks early.
Keep the company compliant with evolving agri-tech and industry regulations.
Own the contract lifecycle and maintain a centralized legal repository.
Conduct legal research and advise internal teams on contractual matters.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to embed legal thinking into business decisions.

What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
Proven experience in non-litigation legal work — especially drafting MOUs, contracts,



and agreements.
Background as a Legal Associate / paralegal / legal executive in a corporate setting.
Robust contract management and legal research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication — able to simplify complex legal concepts
Familiarity with agricultural or technology sector laws is a plus

Compensation: Upto 4.8 LPA

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai (in-office)
