Fine Wine Cosmetics is looking for an organised, responsible and detail-oriented Admin & Operations Executive to join our growing team.

? Employment: Full time & Onsite
What You’ll Handle:
• Basic accounting & invoice management
• Logistics coordination & order tracking
• Employee records and employment-related management
• Day-to-day administrative operations
• Vendor and internal team coordination
• Documentation, follow-ups & office management
• Supporting smooth daily business operations
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✓ Has 1+ year of experience in administration/operations
✓ Has basic knowledge of accounting
✓ Is organised and good at follow-ups
✓ Can manage multiple tasks independently
✓ Has good communication and coordination skills
✓ Is proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic office tools
