- Handle end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Revenue, Tech, news, digital, production, and corporate and diverse functions for Mid to senior leadership hiringsn
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networkingn
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communicationn
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirementsn
- Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports & hands on exp in industry mapping/headhunting(Mandatory)n
nKey Skills & Requirements:

- 7–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisitionn
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven settingn
- Familiarity with job portals and ATS and other Analytics coursesn
- Education qualification must be PGDM/MBA in HR field.n
