Role Description The Sales Manager role at SMFG India Credit is a full-time, on-site position based in Chalisgaon. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets for assigned loan products, managing and developing the local sales team, and driving customer acquisition across the region.



Day-to-day activities include generating and nurturing leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, coordinating with branch and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing, and monitoring portfolio quality. The role involves market mapping, identifying new business opportunities, conducting customer visits, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The Sales Manager also prepares regular sales reports, provides performance feedback to team members, and contributes to local marketing and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
