About ResultFlow.ai
At ResultFlow.ai, we build AI that helps ecommerce stores convert more of their visitors into customers. Merchants add our JavaScript plugin to their site, and our AI runs experiments and personalises their pages automatically, carrying learnings from one store to the next.
We are a small, fast-moving team that makes decisions with data and ships quickly. We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer: someone at the start of their career who learns fast, thinks clearly, and wants to build across the whole stack rather than in one narrow corner.
Why this is a good place to start
Most entry-level roles put you on one small piece of a large system. Here, because we are small and our product spans a lot of ground, you will be exposed to far more, far sooner: the browser and frontend, backend APIs, databases, data pipelines, deployment, and the AI systems at the core of what we do.
You will be given real work, real ownership, and people who will help you get positive.
What we are looking for




We care much more about how you think and how fast you learn than about how much you already know.
You have built something end to end, and put it live. This matters to us more than anything else on this list. Not a tutorial you followed, but something you designed, built, and actually deployed somewhere people could reach it. We want to see that you can take an idea all the way to running software.
Strong fundamentals. Data structures, algorithms, and complexity, and the ability to reason about them rather than recite them.
Comfort writing code. Any language is fine. Most of our backend is Python, but if you are robust elsewhere and can pick Python up, that works.
The basics of how the web works: what happens when a page loads, what an API is, and how data is stored and queried.
Genuine curiosity. You ask why things work the way they do, and you dig until you understand.
A questioning, data-driven mind. You reach for evidence rather than assumption, and you are c
