Job Summary of Team Leader in Operations Department:
As a Team Leader – Operations, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of customer support representatives and operations executives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, improving customer service efficiency, and coordinating between teams to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer care representatives and operations executives.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of operational goals.
• Provide coaching and training to improve team effectiveness.




• Handle escalations and assist team members in resolving complex customer issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and logistics teams, to resolve operational
challenges.
