We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a robust foundation in UX and Product Design for enterprise-scale digital products. This role requires someone who can independently drive design initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver intuitive, customer-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end UX design activities for enterprise applications.
Understand user problems through research, discovery, and stakeholder discussions before proposing solutions.
Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, information architecture, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Apply design thinking and established UX frameworks to solve complex business and user challenges.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
Present design rationale effectively and influence decision-making through data-driven and user-centred approaches.




Deliver high-quality designs independently with minimal supervision.
Ensure designs are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with UX best practices and success metrics.

Required Skills
Strong UX/Product Design experience with Figma.
Experience designing Enterprise or SaaS products.
Excellent product thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and design methodologies.
Experience creating visual artefacts such as journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Formal education/background in Design from reputed institutes.
Experience working on large-scale enterprise platforms and complex user journeys.
