Job Description: J2EE-FS (React)-AWS Development – Technical Lead (Exp: 8+ Yrs to 12 Yrs)

The ideal candidate will possess a versatile skill set, combining expertise in multiple programming languages and modern frameworks, as well as a strong understanding of cloud-based environments. Experience should have 8 to 12 years of Java full stack development with AWS cloud services expert.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using a combination of programming languages and frameworks, including Springboot, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Java. - Need to have sound knowledge on GraphQL, JMS, Kafka.
Build and maintain scalable and reliable applications hosted in cloud environments such as AWS.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to development best practices
Debug, troubleshoot,



and resolve application issues in a timely manner
Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies to enhance the integration's performance and functionality
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and project timelines
Architectural Design & Strategy: Define, document, and maintain technical architecture frameworks (application software and infrastructure).
Technical Leadership: Lead development teams through project lifecycles, ensuring high-quality code and compliance with standards.
Practical, day-to-day use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) as an active part of the development workflow - not just occasional or environment-limited exposure.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications through CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, including tools like Helm - beyond conceptual knowledge.
