TRADIX™ is looking for an experienced ERP / B2B software sales professional (3+ years experience) to join us as a Co-Founder – Sales & Growth and take ownership of building our sales engine and customer base.

No capital investment is required to become a Co-Founder.

You bring your experience, network, sales capability and entrepreneurial drive, we offer equity in the business plus sales incentives.

What You Will Do
Own TRADIX™'s sales and customer acquisition strategy
Build and manage the SMB and mid-market sales pipeline
Identify, engage and close manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and other growing businesses
Build relationships with promoters, business owners and senior decision-makers
Drive the complete sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation and closure
Develop channel, referral and strategic partnerships
Help shape pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategy
Build and eventually lead the TRADIX™ sales organization
Take ownership of revenue growth and commercial expansion
Who We Are Looking For




We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience selling ERP or business software to SMBs and growing businesses.

Ideal experience includes selling:
ERP MARG
Odoo
Tally-based solutions
SAP Business One
Zoho
Or other comparable ERP / business management platforms

You should have:
Strong track record of new customer acquisition and closing
Experience selling to businesses broadly in the ₹25 Cr–₹500 Cr revenue range (ICP ₹100-₹200 Cr)
Strong network among business owners, promoters, CXOs and decision-makers
Consultative selling and negotiation skills
Ability to build a sales function from the ground up
Robust entrepreneurial mindset and hunger to build something significant
