Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Bhilai.



The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business, developing and managing agency and partner relationships, and driving sales of ABSLI’s life insurance and protection products. The role involves identifying market opportunities, conducting customer and market research, and creating targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support training and development of the sales force, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. Regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback will be required to support strategic decision-making.

Proven skills in business development, sales planning, and client relationship management, preferably within financial services or insurance.
