Role Description The Jr Lawyer will support the firm’s legal work through research, drafting, and case preparation in a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing briefs and contracts, drafting court documents and correspondence, and assisting with case strategy under the supervision of senior lawyers. The role involves attending client meetings, coordinating with external stakeholders, organizing case files,



and tracking deadlines and court dates. The Jr Lawyer will help review legal documents for accuracy and compliance, maintain detailed case records, and contribute to clear, professional written and verbal communication. This position is designed to build core litigation and advisory skills while supporting the firm’s ongoing matters.
Qualifications

Possess a recognized law degree (LLB or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulations.
Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including petitions, contracts, notices, and legal opinions.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to clarity and precision.
Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
