The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment with the ability to proactively source Technical talent through referrals from employees, LinkedIn job applicants, and LinkedIn Search.

Key responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment (70%)
Lead full-cycle recruitment for Data Engineers, Software Developers, and related IT skills from candidates with Work authorization in Canada.
Develop talent pipelines for IT skills based on anticipated/projected demand from Technology Leads in the company..
Maintain active relationships with our 50+ employees to seek referrals and recommendations.
Drive candidate engagement through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Use the LinkedIn Recruiter App (Very key)



and attract candidates using our professional network to screen applicants and search to find potential new hires for the company's growing Software Talent needs.
Conduct pre-screening interviews and understand the unique needs, strengths and weaknesses of applicants.
Schedule Technical Interviews with the Tech Leads and Department heads for final interviews. Guide applicants through the hiring process and ensure a positive experience.
Work closely with Executives and other stakeholders to understand success factors and develop effective recruiting strategies
Lead negotiating salary, key responsibilities, and other terms of employment.
Manage multiple high-priority 3 to 5 requisitions simultaneously.
