Position: Associate – General Corporate Practice

Practice Area: General Corporate, Contracts & Compliance

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, shareholder agreements, vendor contracts, technology service agreements, and licensing deals.
Support corporate structuring, investment transactions, M&A; due diligence, and regulatory filings.
Conduct legal research and provide advisory notes on Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and related statutes.
Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance.
Contribute to thought leadership, legal updates, and internal knowledge building.

Eligibility:
Law graduate (LL.B) from a reputed university




1–3 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate advisory, commercial contracts.
Strong drafting and communication skills
Business-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team on time-sensitive transactions
Exposure to client-facing roles and tech/startup ecosystem is a plus
