Role Description
Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities for architectural design services, with a robust focus on builders and real estate developers.




Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers such as developers, promoters, project heads, and consultants.
Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and position Ingrain Architects’ design capabilities effectively.
Prepare and present proposals, fee estimates, presentations, and capability decks in coordination with the design team.
Coordinate closely with internal design and execution teams to ensure accurate communication of client expectations and smooth project handover.
Track leads, follow up rigorously, and manage the sales pipeline to closure.
Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to the firm’s overall business growth strategy.
Represent the firm at industry events, meetings, and networking forums, as required
