Role Description The Business Development Manager role at Regalo Kitchens Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with dealers, architects,



interior designers, and end customers, and expanding the company’s market presence in the modular and customized kitchen segment. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating and closing sales. The role also involves collaborating with internal design and production teams to ensure accurate order execution, tracking market trends and competitor activities, and providing regular sales and performance reports. The Business Development Manager is expected to meet revenue targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation.
Qualifications
Robust sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
Experience in the modular kitchen, interior design, home décor, or related building materials
