Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales activities, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the logistics sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing potential customers, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.



The role also involves collaborating with operations and customer service teams to align service offerings with client needs, monitoring market trends, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transportation services.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proven ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
