Role: Community & Operations Manager
Location: Bangalore
Type: Full-time, on-ground
Experience: 2–4 years in hospitality, events, coworking, cafés, retail, or premium service roles
Compensation: ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and fit

What You’ll Do
Be the welcoming face and energy-holder of the away bangalore hub.
Handle daily operations with ownership, including opening and closing checklists, issue resolution, member support, cleanliness, and space readiness.
Manage vendors, housekeeping, pantry supplies, repairs, maintenance, and day-to-day operational tasks with precision.
Conduct onboarding, center tours, and assist members with their daily needs.
Support sales by giving confident tours, following up with interested leads, and helping convert enquiries into members.
Organize and host relevant community moments, mixers, small events, wellness sessions, pop-ups, and member engagement activities.
Maintain the energy and culture of the space visually, socially,



and operationally.
Track and report basic metrics like occupancy, feedback, enquiries, member issues, ops issues, and pending tasks.
Self-manage your workflow and ensure the center feels alive, clean, warm, and professionally run every day.
