This is a hands-on role. You will be inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads every day, owning accounts end to end: structure, targeting, bidding, creative testing, measurement, and scaling.
The one thing we care about above everything else: a proven track record of growing spend on an account while improving ROAS (or CPL/CAC), not just holding it steady.

What You'll do
Own planning, setup, and daily optimisation of Meta campaigns (Ads Manager, Advantage+, Events Manager, Pixel and Conversions API) and Google campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen) across a portfolio of client accounts
Build and execute scale-up plans: budget pacing, bid strategy changes, audience expansion, campaign consolidation, and creative volume, with clear efficiency guardrails at every step
Run structured creative and landing page tests with our creative and social teams, and feed the learnings back into briefs
Own measurement: conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, first-party data flows, and attribution in Growth OS, so reported numbers hold up against actual revenue




Diagnose underperformance quick and fix it: auction insights, search terms, placements, frequency, creative fatigue, tracking gaps
Report to clients with number-first storytelling: what happened, why, and what changes next
Stay on top of platform changes and bring new betas, features, and approaches to the team

What we are looking for
5 to 8 years of hands-on paid media experience with direct, day-to-day management of Meta and Google accounts; agency experience across multiple industries is a plus
Demonstrable results: at least one account where you scaled spend meaningfully (for example, 2x or more) while improving ROAS or CAC. Be ready to walk us through the before-and-after numbers and exactly what you changed
Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, Pixel and Conversions API, Advantage+ campaigns, Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen), Google
