Role Description: The Relationship Manager will manage and grow customer relationships, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the insurance lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, explaining policy features, assisting with product selection, and guiding customers through the purchase and renewal process. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions,
and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant insurance products. The Relationship Manager will also gather customer feedback to help improve services and tools like Policy Hawaldar. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.
Qualifications:
Strong customer relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
Basic understanding of insurance products, policy terms, and financial concepts, with willingness to learn and stay updated.
