Role Description The Commission-Based Sales Officer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. The individual will identify and qualify leads, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients,



and promote IECHM’s end-to-end OEM manufacturing services. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, coordinating with the design and engineering teams to align customer requirements, and following up to close deals on a commission-based structure. The role also involves managing the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and providing market feedback to support business development and product strategy. Occasional on-site visits to client locations and the IECHM facility will be required to support demonstrations, negotiations, and long-term account growth.
