Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. The Job Title will support daily logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities may include communicating with drivers and customers, preparing documentation, and assisting with scheduling and route planning. The role involves monitoring the status of consignments, resolving basic operational issues, and ensuring that company policies and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications
Ability to manage logistics activities, including shipment coordination, documentation handling, and basic route planning.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Comfort with using computers and basic software tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, logistics or tracking systems).
