Founding SEO & Inbound Growth Lead
Role Objective
Build a predictable inbound lead-generation engine by increasing the company’s visibility across Google, AI search platforms, industry research, and high-intent digital channels through SEO, technical optimization, content strategy, authority building, conversion optimization, and continuous experimentation.
This is a founding role. You will build the organic growth engine from the ground up and own the journey from search → discovery → website → qualified lead → pipeline.
The success of this role is ultimately measured by qualified inbound demand and pipeline, not simply traffic, rankings, impressions, or content volume.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO & Search Growth
Own the company’s organic search strategy from research through execution.
Identify high-intent commercial keywords based on customer search behavior.
Build topic clusters around customer problems, industries, use cases, solutions, competitors, and the B2B buyer journey.
Optimize existing and recent website pages for search visibility and conversion.




Identify non-branded search opportunities and content gaps.
Continuously analyze rankings, SERPs, search behavior, competitors, and algorithm changes.
Build strategies that turn search visibility into qualified demand.
2. Technical SEO
Own the technical SEO foundation and work with the web/product team where implementation support is required.
Site architecture and URL structure
Crawlability and indexation
Internal linking
Canonicals, redirects, sitemaps, and robots.txt
Schema and structured data
Core Web Vitals and page performance
Technical SEO audits and issue resolution
Google Search Console and other technical SEO diagnostics
You should be comfortable identifying problems, prioritizing them, and driving them to resolution.
