Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Provide prompt and qualified onboarding and support through email, chat, and Zoom.
Understand client requirements and provide solutions that meet their business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall user experience.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients at all levels.
An analytical mindset, with the ability to understand client business requirements and provide effective solutions.
1–4 years in customer success, account management, or client-facing SaaS support roles preferred; familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
