ScienceLogic is hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our Platform Engineering team in Hyderabad. This role will manage a ten-person team responsible for the infrastructure, systems, and test automation that our SkylarOne hybrid cloud monitoring platform runs on. You will report to the Director of Product Engineering (India), with a dotted line to the Sr. Director of Engineering (US),
and you'll sit on the India engineering leadership team. This role is ideal for an experienced engineering leader who enjoys staying close to technical decision-making while building organizational scale. You'll provide leadership across platform modernization, reliability, and operational excellence while developing future team leaders and strengthening the team's management structure.
