Job Summary
Create high-impact graphic and video content across social media, campaigns and branch channels—combining strong design and editing craft with responsible, brand-secure use of AI tools to deliver consistent, on-brand storytelling across English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali and Punjabi audiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Create social-media posts, carousels, display ads, campaign key visuals, branch creatives, website banners, brochures, leaflets and standees.
* Edit reels, short-form videos, testimonials, service explainers, offer videos, branch videos and long-form content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
* Develop storyboards, visual treatments, shot lists and editing plans; give photographers/videographers clear direction on framing, angles, lighting, backgrounds, transitions and aspect ratio.
* Use Photoshop and Illustrator for layouts, photo manipulation, vector illustration, icons, infographics and print-ready artwork.




* Use Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut for editing, motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, colour grading and format adaptation.
* Use approved AI tools for ideation, mood boards, storyboards, background generation, image cleanup, resizing, captioning and workflow automation.
* Write clear AI prompts, evaluate output quality and manually refine AI-generated assets so final work is original, accurate and on-brand.
* Create culturally relevant regional adaptations with language reviewers for English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali and Punjabi audiences.
* Maintain accuracy of price, offer, service, branch, legal and contact information; obtain approval before publishing regulated claims.
* Follow the approved brand guide (logo, HNS red/maroon-white-gold palette, typography, tone) and keep visual language consistent across content.
* Manage source files, raw footage, licensed assets, fonts, music
