About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Monitoring Executive to monitor social media activities, identify issues, coordinate with the concerned teams, and ensure timely resolution.
The role requires strong follow-up, coordination, reporting,



and attention to detail to ensure that identified issues are properly tracked and resolved.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Monitoring
Monitor assigned social media platforms and identify issues, errors, or irregularities.
Track comments, complaints, technical issues, broken links, and other relevant concerns.
Record identified issues with proper details and supporting information.
2. Issue Coordination & Resolution
Report identified issues to the concerned Social Media/Technical Team.
Follow up with the concerned team until the issue is resolved.
Verify the status and confirm resolution after corrective action.
Escalate critical or long-pending issues to the reporting manager.
3. Tracking & Reporting
Maintain daily records of identified issues and their status.
Track pending, resolved, and escalated issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports.
Maintain accurate records in MS Excel/Googl
