Founding GTM Engineer – Outbound & Growth

We’re looking for a Founding GTM Engineer – Outbound & Growth to build our outbound and growth engine from the ground up.
This is a founding role, so we are looking for someone who is highly self-sufficient, hands-on, technical enough to build the systems, commercial enough to understand buyers, and creative enough to figure out what works.
You will not be handed a playbook. You will build it.
This is not a traditional marketing role, and it is not a traditional SDR role.
You will own the full journey:
ICP → Data → Enrichment → Segmentation → Messaging → Email → LinkedIn → Automation → Campaigns → Conversations → Meetings → Pipeline
What You’ll Do
Build & Run Outbound Campaigns
Build and execute outbound campaigns targeting U.S. B2B companies
Translate ICPs into specific accounts, industries, personas, and buying signals
Build targeted TAMs and prospect lists




Design multi-channel campaigns across email and LinkedIn
Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns independently
Test recent industries, segments, personas, messaging, offers, and channels
Turn successful experiments into repeatable campaigns
Build the Data Engine
Source and enrich accounts and contacts using tools such as Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and other data platforms
Build enrichment waterfalls
Research companies, technologies, organizational changes, hiring signals, intent signals, and other relevant triggers
Validate emails and maintain clean, campaign-ready data
Build segmentation and lead-scoring logic
Find the right person, not just another contact
Own the GTM Stack
You should be comfortable working hands-on with modern GTM tools such as:
Clay · Apollo · Smartlead · Instantly · LinkedIn Sales Navigator · HeyReach · HubSpot · n8n · Make · Zapier · ChatGPT · Claude
