Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned professional with a background in digital advertising to lead new business acquisition and drive growth across existing client accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of digital and creative services, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships in a fast-evolving, AI-driven landscape.

- Identify, prospect, and acquire recent clients across key industries and global markets N
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets N
- Lead end-to-end pitch processes, including RFP responses, presentations, and negotiations N
- Build a strong pipelinethrough networking, industry events, and partnerships N
- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling services N
- Build and nurture senior client relationships as a trusted advisor N
- Identify opportunities for expanding service offerings (creative, social, digital, AI-led solutions) N
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy,



and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions N
- Leverage offshore delivery models to optimize cost, efficiency, and scalability N
- Stay updated on digital, social, and creative industry trends N
- Understand the competitive landscape and position offerings effectively N
- Represent the organization in industry forums and client meetings N

- 10-12 years of overall experience with at least 6 years in digital agency environments N
- Proven track record in client acquisition and account growth N
- Experience working withglobal agency networks or international clients N
- Strong exposure to creative, social, and digital marketing services N
- Familiarity with offshore delivery models and distributed teams N
- Exposure to AI-led production, automation, or emerging marketing technologies is a strong advantage N
