Role Description This is a full time, on-site Lead Generation Executive role based in Pune Division.



The Lead Generation Executive will identify and qualify new leads through outbound and inbound channels, including calls, emails, online platforms, and events. The role involves conducting targeted market research to understand customer profiles and segment prospects, maintaining accurate lead data, and updating the CRM system regularly. The individual will collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, share prospect insights, and support conversion efforts. Day-to-day activities include meeting lead generation targets, following standardized outreach processes, and providing feedback on campaigns to improve overall performance.
