Wellversed is hiring Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Trainees to work full-time out of our office premises in Gurgaon. We require the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment skilled to understand the recruitment functions. Ultra-high proficiency in verbal communication, written communication, and operating Google Sheets and Google Forms is mandatory.
nResponsibilities

- Manage the Non-Tech recruitment and selection process.n
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.n
- Take initial Telephonic Interview and Culture Fit interview roundsn
- Ensure continuous pipeline creation for various open positions, identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels/sources and assess candidates to ensure role match, cultural fitment, etc.n
- Use smart sourcing techniques to attract relevant candidates and overcome recruitment delays.n

- Minimum 6 months of Relevant internship experience with recruitment.n
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skillsn
- Ability to gauge Behavioural Aspects/Cultural Fitment of candidatesn
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets/Exceln
- Highly organized in work planning and team communicationn
- People-oriented and results-drivenn
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyn
- Loves taking ownership and achieving targetsn
