Role Overview :
Own and scale customer acquisition across Google and Meta, with a solid focus
on driving efficient and sustainable growth.
● Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns to achieve CAC and
growth targets.
● Continuously experiment with audiences, creatives, messaging, and
landing pages to improve performance.
● Partner closely with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Engineering teams to
optimize the end-to-end acquisition funnel.
● Use data and insights to identify opportunities, improve measurement and
attribution, and drive better acquisition outcomes.

What You'll Own :
Paid acquisition strategy & execution
● Own acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads,



and other growth channels as they
prove out
● Plan, launch, and manage campaigns end-to-end — budgets, bidding, targeting,
and pacing
● Hit CAC and growth targets while maintaining acquisition quality, not just volume
Experimentation
● Run continuous, rapid experiments across audiences, creatives, landing pages,
and messaging
● Build a testing cadence — hypotheses, structured A/B tests, and fast iteration
based on what the data says
● Kill underperforming channels and creatives quickly; double down on what works
Funnel & measurement
● Work with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Engineering to improve the acquisition
funnel — from ad click to activation
● Own tracking and attribution hygiene so spend decisions are backed by clean data
● Build reporting that gives the team a real-time read on channel performance and
unit economics
Cross-functional collaboration
● Partner with Creative on ad co
